Before you book
What first-timers ask, answered plainly. Your own answers replace these samples.
First time at a med spa?
Book a consult. You sit with a provider, say what bothers you, and leave with a plan and no obligation to start that day.
How much downtime will I have?
Most treatments here have none or a day or two. Every card on this site says what to expect, and we tell you again before we start.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream or ice goes on first for anything with a needle. Most people describe a pinch, not pain.
How soon before an event?
Two weeks for injectables so swelling settles. A facial, two days before. A peel, at least a week.
What should I avoid before?
Alcohol and blood thinners the day before injectables, retinol a few days before skin treatments, sun before any laser. Your card has the exact list.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. One person is welcome in the room for anything but laser.
How booking works here
Every Book button on this site opens the booking page with your treatment already chosen. From there you go straight into the spa's own scheduler, so your appointment lands in the system the front desk already uses.
